2.3 Add, Edit and Delete a Policy

Policies allow configuring access to applications and services.

To add a new policy, do the following:

1. Click the ‘Create New Workflow Policy’ link:

2. Confirm the action in the confirmation pop-up:

3. On the ‘Network Access Policy’ window, specify authentication and authorization methods for the policy – check relevant checkboxes and click the ‘OK’ button.

Using any of these options must be configured on the ‘SERVICES CONFIGURATION’ window. For more details, see chapter ‘2.1 CONFIGURE SERVICES‘.

4. On the ‘Constraints and Conditions’ window, select the required Constraints and Conditions and click the ‘Select’ button

There are 2 options for ‘Constraints and Conditions’ – ‘User Groups’ and ‘Day and Time Restrictions.’

5. On the next ‘Constraints and Conditions’ window, select the service for this policy and click the ‘Select’ button.

6. On the next ‘Constraints and Conditions‘ window, select the service that will be available to users within this policy and click the ‘Select‘ button.

NOTE: Currently, only 1 service can be added while creating a new policy, but other required services can be added while editing the policy after its creation.

7. Configure the selected service and click the ‘OK’ button.

8. In the opened ‘Workflow Policy Configuration’ window, re-check entered values and click the ‘OK’ button.

To edit a policy, do the following:

1. Open the ‘Security Policies‘ window.

2. Right-click the policy and select the ‘Edit Workflow Policy‘ option or double-click the policy.

To delete a policy, do the following:

1. On the ‘Security Policies‘ window, click the policy.

2. Press the ‘Delete‘ key on the keyboard.

3. Confirm deleting a policy.
